Whenever I think about how it was almost incidentally that I came to photograph these two beautiful people’s wedding, I smile to myself. I’m so grateful that I had the honor to be part of their special day.
Friends from all over the world came together to celebrate their wedding day and the international flair made it unique. The wedding ceremony took place in Kälberau and two priests officiated at the ceremony in German and Polish. Since the guests had come from different parts of the world, it was nice to see how easily they interacted with each other, even if people met for the first time. For me, it was beautiful to be able to spend some time with old friends and to meet new people. Throughout the whole day, I was treated like a guest and enjoyed every moment.
The wedding party continued in Villa Hof Langenborn in Schöllkripen and apart from the fact that the location is simply beautiful, the staff is awesome and we could enjoy delicious regional food and some really good music. The atmosphere was relaxed and you could feel the love. The bride found a different way to toss the bridal bouquet and it was a lot of fun for all participants and the people watching. The speeches were touching, the games fun and the party went on until late at night. It was a memorable day.
It is something special when former colleagues somehow become friends. I’m forever thankful for their trust and kindness.
